Return Policy 14-Day Return Policy:


All Marie values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for an exchange. An Exchange will be issued less shipping fees. Exchanged items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). Shoes must be in original box & box may not be used as the shipping box.  Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive exchanges. Clearance is all final sale. Items received after the 14-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.

Final Sales:


Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, men's boxers & thongs, hosiery, pasties, pastie glue, wigs and wig accessories, eyelashes, eyelash accessories, body creams, gels or any similar romantic gifts & body jewelry at management's discretion (NO EXCEPTIONS).


Procedure for shipping exchange:

Use the original (or similar) box. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the product has been recived and processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Procedure for Exchanges: For an exchange, list the size, style and design number of the item you would like to receive in exchange. Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request. The item will be shipped back via ground shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
